The parade, which is known for unique throws including grilled hot dogs, packaged ramen noodles and more, begins at 2 p.m. at the intersection of Gregg Avenue and Gilbert Drive in Shreveport and travels a circular route through the neighborhood that includes sections of Creswell Avenue, Olive Street and Centenary Boulevard. <a href="http://www.thekreweofhighland.org/parade-route/" target="_blank">View the complete parade route here</a>. </p>
