Super Retriever Series Crown Championship
<p>The Super Retriever Series (SRS) is set to showcase the best all-around retrievers and sporting dogs as well as the top High Flying Super Dock dogs in the country in Shreveport-Bossier, LA. The Crown Championship will feature over 150 dogs competing in outdoor sports in the field and on the dock for nine days of competition starting with the SRS Super Dock competition <strong>Friday, September 29 – Sunday, October 1 </strong>at the Louisiana Boardwalk behind Bass Pro Shops, and Retriever Trials <strong>October 2 – 8</strong> at the WK Palmetto Clubhouse.</p>
<p>The public is encouraged to come jump their own dog on <strong>Friday, September 29 </strong>before watching the competitive action in the finals on Saturday and Sunday. The Super Fly and Super V parts of the competition are similar to a track and field event, as they do the long jump, the high jump, and a speed race called “Raider Run”. In addition to the SRS Super Dock, there will be the SRS Retriever Trials which is a hybrid style of retriever trial that includes hunt tests, field trials, and all-around hunt savvy.</p>
