Join Wine Country Bistro in Shreveport for their annual Wine and Swine party, 3-6 p.m., Sunday, April 22 featuring whole pigs, pulled pork, smoked beef, mesquite charbroiled oysters, grilled salmon, grilled yard bird, and a ton of sides originally based on southern side dishes but interpreted by the culinary team at Wine Country Bistro.
Guests can also sample 60 wines, enjoy live music by Easy Money, and chat with guest chefs from across the South. Guest chefs for 2018 include Tom Ramsey, Eleazar Mondragon, Tristen Epps, Dustie Latiolais, Marco D'Emidio, Blake Jackson, Jeremy Connor and Mathew Kajdan.
Admission is $85 per person and tickets are available now. Guests must be 21 or older in order.
