Volunteers for Youth Justice (VYJ) proudly presents the inaugural Jambalaya Cook-off, an event that brings together culinary enthusiasts and fervent supporters of VYJ to celebrate friendly competition and community engagement.

Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 21st, from 11 AM to 3PM, as this exciting gathering unfolds at the lively Louisiana Boardwalk in Bossier City. Embracing the autumn spirit, we're spicing things up, inspired by the enthusiasm of past Gumbo Gladiator teams. Approximately 15 cooking teams will rise to the challenge across three categories: Seafood Jambalaya, Non-Seafood Jambalaya, and the distinctive Lagniappe (Pastalaya).
