The Totally Rad 90s Party Tour Featuring Otis Julius will be held at Bear's on Fairfield in Shreveport on Friday, March 24 at 8 p.m. Doors open at 7 p.m. Admission is $15.

Otis Julius is a Hip Hop artist based out of Los Angeles, California. He is currently coming off the recent success of his self-titled EP “OTIS” which peaked at #8 on the iTunes hip hop charts and hit #72 overall.
