The Barbacoa Bonfire Event will be held at Mahaffey Farms in Haughton on Saturday, December 21 at 4 p.m. Tickets are $ 130.
This event will consist of good food, fun, live music and a party bus. Join us at Mahaffey Farms for dinner, drinks and dessert, all provided by top local vendors. We'll meet at Great Raft Brewing at 4 pm where your ticket will include two beers. At 5 pm, we will leave Great Raft and take the infamous Blue Bus to Mahaffey Farms where they will host us for the evening, and provide the meat for dinner. We will enjoy a cocktail hour from 5:30-6:30 pm before dinner is served. Dinner will be prepared by none other than two-time Golden Fork Award-Winning Chef Eleazar Mondragon, the proprietor of Ki' Mexico, who will serve barbacoa prepared over an open fire. Finally, Chef Blake Jackson of Whisk Dessert Bar will prepare gourmet s'mores with homemade marshmallows. Enjoy all of this with live music by Jesse Rawlinson and complimentary beer and wine! Be sure and dress warm, bring blankets if you wish, and as always feel free to bring your own beverages to enjoy for the bus ride.
For the security of all our passengers, you will be asked to sign a waiver once aboard the bus before departure to Mahaffey Farms. Kiltabar will only return you to where we picked you up from. If you desire to be returned to another location, accommodations must be made on your own. Passengers may elect to terminate their ride with Kiltabar at any time. However, passengers then assume all risks when doing so and are responsible for their own safety and transportation.
