Rally on the Red hosted by the Independence Bowl


The night before the 2022 Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl, on Thursday, December 22, the bowl will host the Rally on the Red - a free night of fun for fans from all over the country and of all ages! 

Kicking off the free night of fun, the Mardi Gras Preview Parade will feature local Krewe floats, as well as the school bands and spirit squads! It will start at 6:30 p.m. and roll through the Louisiana Boardwalk and the East Bank District in Bossier City.

Following the Mardi Gras Preview Parade, the two school marching bands will play in a Battle of the Bands at 7:15 p.m. in the plaza of the East Bank District! Immediately after the Battle of the Bands, there will be a fireworks show behind Hurricane Alley that will lead into the headliner of the night.

To finish the night, Baton Rouge's own Parish County Line will play a free concert from 8-10 p.m. in Hurricane Alley in the East Bank District! PCL will rock out on the stage behind Frozen Pirogue, BeauxJax Crafthouse and Bayou Axe Co. to lead everyone into gameday!
