The IMAX Dome Theater at Sci-Port Discovery Center will re-open on Friday, April 6 to members and Saturday, April 7 to the public. The IMAX at Sci-Port is the only IMAX Dome Theater in the state of Louisiana. Tickets are $12 per person, ages 3 and older. Members whose memberships included free IMAX tickets will be admitted free with proof of membership. To check on membership, please email email@example.com.
The new IMAX movie, Pandas, will be showing, along with Journey to the South Pacific. Pandas is a documentary about a researcher who bonds with captive-born baby pandas about to be released into the wild. Journey to the South Pacific takes viewers on an underwater journey to the remote tropical islands of West Papua, where whale sharks, manta rays, sea turtles and other creatures represent a lush marine ecosystem.

Ticket reservations may be made at firstname.lastname@example.org. Discounts are available for school groups on request. Tickets also available at the door, credit and debit cards only, no cash. Hours for IMAX starting April 12 will be Thursday through Saturday from 9-5 and Sunday from 12-5.
