Welcome to the second annual North Louisiana Seafood Week hosted by SALT Restaurant at the Shreveport Aquarium. This week-long celebration will include cooking demonstrations featuring local chefs cooking up only the finest Louisiana seafood dishes as well as fun competitions, educational sessions and giveaways. We will finish up the week with a Louisiana seafood cook-off to determine who will be crowned this year's champion.
Take advantage of free Louisiana seafood cooking demonstrations with local chefs, educational session, handouts, tastings and prizes! SALT Restaurant will be open for dinner Monday through Friday until 8 p.m. with our regular menu, along with the seafood specials demonstrated that day. Happy hours prices on wine and beer.

Saturday 3 p.m. World Oceans Day Cooking Competition - Local Chefs will bring their own seafood dishes that will be judged by local area representatives for a $500 prize.
