The Second Annual HARK Festival and Student Competition is a free event which accepts submissions from K through university-level students and awards top prizes of $500. The HARK Student Competition encourages students to explore regional history and express their findings creatively. The HARK Student Competition is accepting entries Sept. 21 through Oct. 16 with winners announced on Red River Radio on Nov. 14 during the HARK Festival which will feature the SCHOOL SAGAS broadcast from 5 pm – 6pm.
