In this course, you will study a variety of serving skills to include the difference between taste and flavor, various types of malt, and participate in food pairings to further your ability to make knowledge-based suggestions to your clientele. This course is taught by a BJCP Certified Beer Judge and Cicerone Certified Server and is intended to help prepare people for the Cicerone Certified Beer Server exam. Must be 21 years of age.
The class runs four consecutive Sundays, April 7, April 14, April 21 and April 28. Cost for the class is $99 plus $35 supply fee paid directly to Red River Brewing Company on the first night. All four sessions are included in the price.
