Brandezvous Juke Joint Takeover

Brandezvous Juke Joint Takeover will be held at Fatty Arbuckles Pub in Shreveport on the 29th & 30th of September. Adult tickets are $55 and up admission will include food, live music, and a cash bar with specialty cocktails. Full Weekend Pass $ 100- Entry to both events.

The Brandezvous Juke Joint Takeover is a soulful and electrifying event that pays homage to the legendary juke joint tradition, an integral part of African American history. Taking place on September 1st & 2nd at Fatty Arbuckles, this event promises to transport attendees back in time to the lively ambiance of juke joints, while infusing a contemporary twist for a modern and captivating experience. Dress code: Casual with a touch of vintage flair. Come as you are and let the music take you on a journey through time.

Saturday will be an evening with Lady & The Chef. Join us for the soulful sounds of Lady Munira and lip-smacking Soul Food prepared by Chef Melvin Nelson. Live painting by featured artist Karen Labeau. Krue Events will be serving up delicious catfish plates while Dirty Redd & his 3 piece band soothes our souls with smooth jazz music.
