1st Annual Hat Competition
<p><span style="font-size: 13px;">1st Annual Hat Competition and Showcase will be held at Word in Action Center in Shreveport on Saturday, July 28 at 4 p.m . Cost is $10 per person.</span><br /><br /><span style="font-size: 13px;">Put your own spin on a Southern tradition, the Southern-style hat. Decorate with colorful florals, bright textured ribbons and whatever else strikes your fancy. Then, show it off to win a prize. 1st, 2nd ,3rd and 4th place winners will be selected.
