Join the LSUS Foundation Gourmet Society and 2nd place Louisiana Cookoff winner Chef Anthony Felan for dinner underneath the campus crepe myrtles. Coordinating with the Noel Collection's The Great Catch exhibit, guests will dine on a dinner representative of our state's hunting and fishing passion. Members of the LSUS Bass Team will be on hand for casting demonstrations. These fishermen could hit a dime with a lure! We're confident you will get some great tips.
