Fitness Lady will host an Emotional Fitness Seminar with Sandra Fargerson, MS, LPC, NCC, a licensed counselor for more than 10 years on Saturday, September 30 at 9 a.m. We build strong healthy muscles through resistance training and taking steps to improve mental health works the same way. You can learn to challenge the unhealthy thoughts and patterns that keep you from personal growth. Sandra is trained to identify and help correct misguided or unnecessary thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors that no longer serve us.
